Zayo | DDoS Protection Management Portal
Objective was two fold:
Create a wizard that makes simplifies quoting and ordering DDoS Protection Management services
Create a page that makes it easy to manage and view details of an existing DDoS Protection Management service
I presented an alternative: a single portal-like view where a user can create, edit, update, and view any important details about their service in one place. This eliminated the need to create a quoting wizard and even the idea of a “quote” itself—which started a shift in the way we thought about all future projects—namely the reimagined Customer Portal.
