My work at Helix consisted of establishing and executing a design vision to bring all steps of genetic interpretation, management, and delivery in-house.
It consisted of four separate, highly-technical applications built with intense collaboration with the very knowledgeable scientists I worked with both inside and outside of Helix.
Dry Lab Confirmation
Key component of establishing Helix as a full-suite service. Empowers our scientists to manage the confirmation of results (previously handled by outsourced clients)
CNV Confirmation
Similar to Dry Lab Confirmation, but different types of variants require very different processes of confirmation
QC Review
Enables QA Scientists to manage and review lab samples to ensure quality of results
